This residence stands out among other residences with its brutal and concise image and looks like an avant-garde art object.
The planning solution contains a functional division of the house by floors. The ground floor is represented exclusively by public functions and includes a large common kitchen-living room space, bathrooms and technical rooms. On the second floor we have placed a block of master bedrooms with their own access to the terrace, as well as 2 guest bedrooms and a bathroom.
We oriented all the panoramic windows towards the courtyard in order to create a relaxed private atmosphere and hide the owners of the residence from prying eyes.
