Our task was to design a functionally rich, modern, beautiful, yet compact house on a small lot. We also needed to provide an independent guest unit for the client's grandmother, so that she could comfortably visit while maintaining proper privacy.
As a result, we designed a house with three bedrooms, one of them a master bedroom with its own bathroom and two dressing rooms, a guest apartment for the grandmother, a fitness room, a kitchen separated from the common area by glass partitions, a spacious living-dining room, a summer kitchen, and a terrace on the usable roof of the first floor.
