The house is located near a pond, the plot offers a beautiful view of a wide wheat field. The house has 3 floors and a basement, and also has a wide functionality.
The spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are open spaces arranged around a large atrium. The master bedroom with a separate bathroom and wardrobe is located on the 2nd floor and is located in such a way as to provide maximum privacy relative to other living rooms. In the basement of the house we have placed a billiard room and a wine cellar. The inter-floor communications in the house are represented by both a staircase and a home elevator.
Due to the unusual shape of the plot, we designed a complex-shaped house, which allowed us to significantly expand the view front and provide a beautiful view of the wheat field from most of the premises of the house.
