The main concept of this project is the relationship of landscape and planning solutions of the house. Thanks to the competent planting of the house on the plot, we were able to achieve a clear functional differentiation of the plot into zones (private zone, front yard area, household. zone, play area). This technique allows you to maintain a harmonious appearance for the entire site. In the planning solution of the house, a similar functional delimiter is a winter garden that separates the private part of the house from the general one.
The private part of the house includes children's rooms with a playroom, a sauna area with a covered terrace in the backyard and a staircase to the second floor, where the master bedroom is located, with a separate bathroom and an office. In the common area there is a living room with a dining room and a kitchen, a guest bathroom and 2 terraces - one with a dining area, the second with a fire pit area.
