This is the second issue about our eco-hotel on Braslav Lakes NOMAD HOUSES, which has already started its work and is now renting not only tiny house, but also large houses for a family of 3−5 people. This is an ideal forest house for a country holiday — on 35 m2 we have provided everything you need — an atmospheric terrace, a barbecue area, a fireplace in the kitchen-living room, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a view of the forest and much more, so that the experience of interacting with architecture and nature becomes special and memorable.

A modern private house with an operated flat roof, panoramic glazing and numerous terraces combining a complex of several buildings on a complex plot. The house is located in a picturesque location near the Istra River in the Moscow region. As always, it turned out to be an overview of modern modernist architecture — rational, thoughtful and minimalistic.

How to preserve the privacy of a house in a dense urban area and at the same time make it conceptual and modern? In the new review, we will talk about the house as a space of privacy, focused on individualism with bold engineering solutions. This one-story house has many features: a U-shape, a Japanese-style curved roof and, of course, panoramic windows that look into the courtyard, providing privacy and comfort to its owners.

What must be in the house for it to remain liquid for many years? Panoramic windows, modern architecture with an impressive large console, a spa block, a courtyard with a fire pit, a roof terrace and a bedroom on the entire floor — and that’s not all. All the details are in the new review of a modern premium house near Minsk, which we designed for a point development project.

The main feature of this house is the complete absence of compromises: a kitchen on the ground floor, a bedroom on the entire floor with a length of 33 meters and a glass garage with exclusive retro cars. And that’s not all.
This unique black house was designed on a complex terrain, in a ravine with a drop of 8 meters and its entire shape seems to «float» above the ground. Architect and owner of the house Yuri Kulikov built this house for himself and showed an inspiring example of how expressive and impressive modern private architecture can be.

An overview of a modern smart apartment with functional and thoughtful solutions, which we designed with chips, like in a real country house: with a corner fireplace, a large loggia and panoramic windows. At every step there are design solutions and custom furniture according to our sketches, which makes the interior individual.

We continue to develop our line of modular houses BY HOME and this time we designed a whole village with modular technology — NOMAD HOUSES. Now you can not only order a house from our office, but also to rent it! In the next issue we are ready to raffle off such a HOUSE GIFT!
NOMAD HOUSES complex of mini-homes for rent is located in a unique natural location among the lakes of Braslav region, so the emphasis is not on the area of the house, but on the impressions and emotions that can be felt in the fresh air. All houses are made by modular technology and in the future the complex is planned to expand to other iconic places in Belarus.

The issue is about a large-scale house of 600 m2 at the final stage of implementation. The house is almost completely ready from the outside and active work is underway in the interior. An operational roof with a view of the forest, a garage for 2 cars, a separate entrance for staff and 6 meters of panoramic glazing — we will tell about this and unusual architectural solutions of the project in this video.
