This project of a large private house is located in the beautiful Georgian city of Kobuleti on the seashore.
The total area of the house is almost 700 m2 and is represented by 3 floors, including the basement, from which there is direct access to the sea. Taking advantage of the location, we included a large number of terraces in the project: on the first level with a barbecue area, on the second level with bedrooms, as well as an exit from the house to the roof, on which the largest terrace with a beautiful view of the sea is located. Despite the proximity to the coast, the customer’s wish was to have his own pool, so we designed a large infinity pool that visually merges with the water surface of the sea.
