We consider a big delusion to choose architectonic studio according to the price of projecting. There is a rule in private residential constructing: the price of a design is 5−10 per cent of implementation cost. Well-developed design lessens the amount of reworks during the construction period and saves client’s money due to rational materials usage, pointing the suppliers with the lowest price workup, providing clients with partner discounts and etc.
